Phillies fans get angry when they lose. Then while still in that rage, decide they need to fix the Phillies. One of the themes that has pervading Phillies blogs, sports talk radio and the like is thought on trading RYAN HOWARD. Yes. Ryan Howard.
I was traveling home from work after reading Beerleaguer's argue over trading Howard before giving him a big contract before reading The Good Phight's take on the same subject, I heard a caller ask Jody Mac the same proposition. Jody Mac declared that Ryan Howard wasn't Untouchable, but stated how few times there would be to find a match. To get the Phillies the what they need and find a team who needs a left handed hitting third basement who put back to back seasons, where he a combined 105 HOME RUNS. Mike Schmidt hit 93 homers in a two run span (79-80). Jim Thome hit 89 homers between (2003 and 2004). His 127 homers over 3 seasons is more than Schmidt's stretch of 124 homers from 79-81. But some fans want to trade him. Ridiculous.
