Right To Free Speech! Right To Kill Bambi! Huh?

Okay... So they have the 2nd Amendment. (Although, I argue that it DOESN'T give you the right to carry a gun, only the right to owning a BEAR'S ARMS.) Anyway, Pennsylvania Hunters want the right to hunt and fish, explicity mentioned in the Constitution. What does this do for them? Well it seems that it will give them DUE PROCESS if their licensed is taken a way from them. They argue that you get DUE PROCESS with your driver's license so the rule should apply for their license.

There are all kinds of attacks supposedly against hunters, with Suburban sprawl reducing land they can shoot their guns in. In Pennsylvania there is still a HUGE poplulation who live in a rural world and think there GUN is the only thing is preventing Armageddon and the Seventh Seal from opening. Who knows who will win on this one, but I'm guessing the DEER aren't the ones winning on this one.

Martha Stewart Exercising

Scary sighting today. I was flipping through the channels today and ended up on the Martha Stewart Show. And there she is holding a baby in front of her and doing knee bends. There were a 3 other women doing the same, while an exercise guru explained how mothers who just carried a baby for 9 months, can exercise with their babies in toe.

What was interesting about it? Martha Stewart had this pained expression on her face like she never has touched a baby before, and was disturbed by the fact that she had to hold this baby. Hysterical.

Philly Music "exposed" on 97X

Every once in a while on the greatest radio station in the world will play some local Philly music. And today I caught two bands with a Philly heritage Cordalene and Eltro. 97X's license was recently sold and is now in the process of moving to becoming an INTERNET ONLY radio station. Amazing. The station has been around forever, and was even featured in the movie Rainman, when Dustin Hoffman says "97X Bam the Future of Rock N Roll". Anyway, thank the lord that they will still be on the 'Net. I don't know what I would do without them!

A-Rod Joins The Yankees

Okay so I was incredibly STOKED for this season. Everything has been falling in place for the Phillies. Thome... Burrell... Milton... Milwood... Wagner... Worrell... New Ballpark... But wait... Every other team in the league are just getting better. But that's okay... The Yankees are losing all kinds of pitchers. Nope. They get Kevin Brown. And Greg Maddux is flirting with them (most likely will end up with the Cubs).
